Smoked Fish frozen in airtight, vacuum packed bags, significantly increases the shelf life. By removing air from the packaging, our vacuum sealer creates an airtight environment that helps to preserve the freshness of the Smoked Fish.

When properly thawed according to the instructions on the packaging, “Important, keep frozen until used, thaw under refrigeration immediately before use,” you can have smoked fish for your use to make appetizers, meals, and dips for months to come.

 This Shop Page is active and accepts payments for FREE LOCAL pickup and delivery (Beaufort, NC, and eastward to Cedar Island, NC). Tax and FREE LOCAL delivery are included in the below prices.

We sometimes have fresh Smoked Fish in stock that has never been frozen that we can ship. Please Contact Us so we can talk about our inventory with you (which is not listed on this page).

SHIPPING

We utilize UPS (we have found FedEx to be unreliable) 2nd-day shipping of our Smoked Fish Dip, freshly smoked (NON-FROZEN) fish, and dried Mullet Roe using ice packs. Unfortunately, we currently do not have access to dry ice to ship Vacuum Sealed Frozen Smoked Fish except “UPS next day delivery,” which is likely to be prohibitively expensive.

Please contact us and let us know what you would like for us to ship you, and we will send you a quote (if you like). The quote will be for $10 plus UPS 2nd-day delivery charges (the $10 is used to purchase an insulated container, an insulated shipping bag inside the container, and ice packs). The website will then email you the shipping charges in a separate secure link.
