Smoked Fish frozen in airtight, vacuum packed bags, significantly increases the shelf life. By removing air from the packaging, our vacuum sealer creates an airtight environment that helps to preserve the freshness of the Smoked Fish.
When properly thawed according to the instructions on the packaging, “Important, keep frozen until used, thaw under refrigeration immediately before use,” you can have smoked fish for your use to make appetizers, meals, and dips for months to come.

We have started shipping our products. We have confidence in FedEx 2nd-day shipping of our freshly smoked (NON-FROZEN) fish and dried Mullet Roe using ice packs. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a feasible source of dry ice to ship Vacuum Sealed Frozen Smoked Fish except FedEx next day delivery, which is likely to be prohibitively expensive.
Please contact us and let us know what you would like to order to have shipped, and we will send you a quote. The quote will nominally be for $10 plus FedEx 2nd-day delivery charges. The $10 is used to purchase the insulated container, insulated shipping bag inside the container, and the ice packs.
