Seven (7) oz dip per package: We spend Wednesdays acquiring and cleaning fish, Thursdays smoking fish, and Fridays packaging smoked fish and making Smoked Fish Dip. Please place your order as soon as possible in the week (especially if it a large order) so the Smoked Fish Dip can be delivered to you on Friday evening or Saturday morning (or over the weekend). Always feel free to call ahead and verify we can deliver your order when you need it. After the Smoked Fish Dip is packaged in the tamper-evident packaging, it has a “Sell By” date of seven (7) days.
